Riviera Fit Body fitness bootcamp is designed to be fun but also

Bootcamp
has changed the way I train and think about training. I used
to think
that going for a long run was a good workout and I would dread
it! Now I
understand that doing a variety of exercises with high intensity is
more
beneficial and more enjoyable. I have learnt about the
importance of a
strong core.
Each session is varied so it feels like the
whole body
has had a work out. If I haven’t had a good sweat I don’t
feel like I’ve
had a workout but at bootcamp I always leave feeling sweaty and
satisfied.
I would recommend bootcamp both for exercise
‘beginners’ and those who have grown bored of their routine.
It really
kick started a new me in terms of exercise and looking after
myself.

I
joined bootcamp to get myself in shape for the London
marathon. I hadn’t
done any regular exercise in a few years and had never attempted
anything like
a marathon. I recently completed the marathon in 4hr25 mins
and ran the
whole way without stopping which was a huge achievement for
me. On top of
that I picked up no injuries along the way thanks to my core strength
and I
lost 5 kilos in the process and feel and look the best I have in years.
