Return and Exchange Policy

We will accept returns that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged and with all tags attached. Please try on the bodysuit over your own garments. For Item(s) listed as "Made To Order", "Personalized"or "Pre-order" cannot be accepted. 

Each order undergoes quality control and is inspected twice before dispatch. However, if you believe you have received a defective product or missing components, please contact our help team immediately and provide photographic evidence. We will cover all return and shipping costs for any quality issues.

Pilates board, yoga mats, pilates ring, weight products (cuff weights, sandbells, resistance band, earth ring) and fitness equipments, accessories and Lily Nipple Covers cannot be returned. FINAL SALE items are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.

Original shipping fees are not refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt of return to process your refund. Funds may take up to 10 additional days to show on your statement.
